This website is operated by Bellico, a brand of Nivelo Solutions UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Valencienner Str. 273, 52355 Düren, Germany ("Bellico", "we", "us", "our"). Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Bellico. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Eligibility & Use of the Site

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence. You agree not to use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, and not to interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the site.

2. Products & Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to display our products, their materials and their colours as accurately as possible. However, screens vary, and slight differences in colour and finish may occur. The materials and care instructions for each piece are listed on its product page. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, and correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without prior notice.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown at checkout in the currency applicable to your region and include any applicable product taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout (major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an obvious pricing or listing error; if payment has already been taken for such an order, it will be refunded in full.

4. Orders & Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation for the ordered items. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud or where an error has occurred; any amounts already paid for cancelled orders will be refunded. If you wish to change or cancel an order, contact us within 1 hour of placing it and we will do our best — once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be changed or cancelled, but our returns policy applies.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. Orders of 2 or more pieces ship free; single-piece orders ship at a flat standard rate shown at checkout. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, and estimated delivery is 7–15 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Any customs fees, import duties or taxes are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer 30-Day Returns: if something isn't right, contact us at bellico@bellico.shop within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right with a free replacement, a full refund to your original payment method, or store credit. In most cases you do not need to send anything back. Full details, including our fair-use terms, are set out in our refund policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

7. Discount Codes & Promotions

Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, apply only within their stated conditions, and may be limited to one use per customer. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify promotions at any time; orders already placed are not affected.

8. Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, designs, product names, images, graphics and logos — is the property of Bellico or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or exploit any portion of the site or its content without our express written permission.

10. Third-Party Links & Tools

Our site may contain links to third-party websites and may use third-party tools over which we have no control. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party websites or for any harm arising from their use. Complaints or questions regarding third-party sites should be directed to the third party.

11. User Comments & Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, reviews or other materials, you agree that we may use, edit and publish them without restriction or obligation to compensate you, provided we do so in accordance with applicable law. You agree that your comments will not violate the rights of any third party and will not contain unlawful, abusive or obscene material.

12. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

We provide our site and services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not foreseeable to both you and us when the contract was formed. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for intent or gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law — including your non-waivable rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bellico and Nivelo Solutions UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and its employees and partners from any claim made by a third party arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to this page. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order. Your continued use of the website following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer, you additionally enjoy the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and nothing in this clause deprives you of that protection.
