Shipping & Delivery
How much is shipping?
Every order of 2 or more pieces ships free. Orders of a single piece ship at a flat standard rate, shown at checkout.
Where do you ship?
United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, and estimated delivery is 7–15 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or local postal delays.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes — sent by email the moment your order dispatches. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to start updating.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my piece?
You're covered by our 30-Day Returns promise. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — with a free replacement, a full refund to your original payment method, or store credit.
Do I need to send my piece back?
In most cases, no. We'll tell you right away if a return shipment is needed — for the vast majority of requests, it isn't. For damaged or defective items, we cover any costs.
How do I start a return?
Email hello@bellico.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a short note about the issue (a photo helps), and we'll reply with next steps.
When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.
Materials & Care
What is Bellico jewelry made of?
Our core pieces are crafted from hypoallergenic stainless steel finished with 18K gold or silver PVD plating — waterproof and tarnish-free. A few statement designs use gold-plated alloy; these are noted on the product page and are best kept dry.
Is it hypoallergenic?
Yes. Our stainless steel pieces are nickel-safe and designed for sensitive skin. If you have a known metal allergy, check the product page details and discontinue use if any irritation occurs.
Is it waterproof?
Our 18K gold PVD stainless steel pieces are waterproof and tarnish-free. For gold-plated alloy styles, avoid prolonged contact with water, chlorine and harsh chemicals.
How do I care for my chain?
Put your chain on last, after perfume and lotion. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear, and store it flat in a dry place.
Sizing
How do I find my waist chain size?
Wrap a soft tape measure around your waist where you'd like the chain to sit — usually at or just below the navel. Add 1–2 inches so the chain drapes comfortably, then pick the nearest length.
Are your chains adjustable?
Yes. Every Bellico waist chain is adjustable with an extender.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 1 hour of placing your order and we'll do our best. Once dispatched, we can't edit or cancel — but you're covered by our 30-Day Returns promise after delivery.
